GUIDANCE OVER CHRISTMAS: The Christmas Feast lasts for much longer that one day. There will be Mass on each of these days in the parish and all of these Masses are Christmas Masses. I invite our parishioners and their friends to attend one or more of these Masses. It will be much safer than trying to come on Christmas Day as numbers are likely to be lower. Whilst we remain in tier 3 for the sake of safety the restrictions in place in church continue, attendance at Mass will be limited, there will be no singing, and people are advised not to gather in groups either before or after Mass. We know this is difficult particularly with the Christmas season, however such care will ensure that our churches remain amongst the safest places and the celebration of Holy Mass will not be interrupted over Christmas.
