ST. RICHARD’S PRIMARY SCHOOL
The celebrations for the 50th Anniversary will begin on Monday 23rd September until the following Monday 30th September. The main celebration will be on Friday 27th September at 10am when Bishop John Arnold will celebrate Mass in thanksgiving for 50 years of our school. Hopefully the weather will allow us to have the Mass in the main playground. If not, we will go into St. Richard’s Church for Mass. Everyone is very welcome to join in all of the celebrations, especially the Mass with our Bishop on Friday 27th September at 10.00am.

BISHOP JOHN’S VISITATION TO OUR PARISH
Next Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th September Bishop John will say all the Masses at both St. Richard’s and St. Mary’s, and will meet everyone after each Mass. This will be the first official visitation of our new Parish of St. Robert of Newminster, so I hope everyone will be present at Mass to meet Bishop John.

GRAND CHARITY DANCE
A fundraising night in aid of Fr. Pat Clarke’s Mission in Sao Paulo, which has been badly devastated by recent floods, will be held at St. Mary’s Parish Centre on Saturday, 5th October at 7.00pm.
