DATES FOR YOUR DIARY: Elizabeth Prout and the birth of a unique Passionist community. Next Thursday 19th March: St. Mary’s Presbytery at 7.30pm. A short film on the founding of the Sisters of the Cross and Passion, including prayers and a time for reflection and discussion.
Pilgrimage to the National Passionist Shrine on Sunday 5th April (Palm Sunday). Departing St. Mary’s Church at 12.30pm.

CORONAVIRUS MEASURES
1. Sign of Peace – Please continue to wish each other the peace of Christ without shaking hands.
2. Holy Communion – We will stop offering the chalice at Holy Communion for the time being.

Reconciliation Service with individual Confession & Absolution at St. Catherine of Siena, Didsbury on Thursday 26th March at 7.30pm.

CORNERSTONE FOOD APPEAL: Cornerstone Day Centre are in urgent need of donations of non-perishable food. Items such as tins of Soup, Stew Meat, Baked Beans, and Corned Beef are especially welcome. If you are able to help with this appeal will you please leave your donation in the box at the back of church, or if preferred hand into the office during the week.

MISSIO/RED MISSION BOXES: St. Mary’s Promoters will be calling round shortly to empty member’s red mission boxes. If you have not had your box emptied for some time please either bring the box to church and leave in the Sacristy or phone Winnie at the office on 248 8836. Thank you.

ST. RICHARD’S COFFEE MORNING is held every Wednesday in the Sacristy after the 9.15am morning Mass.

LEGION OF MARY GROUP: Meet each Thursday after the 9.30am Mass in St. Mary’s Meeting Room. New members welcome.

BINGO every Sunday night in St. Mary’s Parish Centre. Eyes down at 8pm. Come along and join us for a fun filled evening.
