Baptism registration takes place at St Mary’s Church after the 11am Mass on the second Sunday of each month. Parents are warmly invited to register their child after this Mass.

New Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults and Confirmation Course started Wednesday 25th October. If you are interested in becoming a Catholic or want to receive Confirmation, talk to Fr Boniface.
Queen of Peace Prayer Group. Sacred Heart Church, Rochdale, OL16 5BX. Saturday 18th November 2023,10am. A new monthly prayer group will begin at 10am with a welcome session and a talk on Our Lady’s messages and Five Stones of Medjugorje.
This will then be followed with adoration, praying the Rosary for peace, and the opportunity for confession. The morning will come to a close with midday Mass and optional shared table.
Parish Pastoral Council meeting will take place on Friday, 24th November, 6pm at St Mary’s Presbytery.

Candlelight Christmas Carol Concert Thursday 21 December, 7 – 8pm with refreshments from 8pm. Everyone welcome, bring your family and friends! Concert rehearsals will be held at St Mary’s after Mass on Sunday on 5th, 12th and 19th November.
St Mary’s Christmas Fair will be on Saturday 9 December after morning Mass. Donations for gifts for all stalls welcome (no clothing or bric-a-brac, please).
Last meeting to discuss Christmas Fair will take place on Thursday, 30 November at 7pm in St Mary’s Presbytery.
