PARISH CHRISTMAS RAFFLE
Books of Raffle tickets are available at the back of Church priced £2.50 per book. First prize £300, 2nd Prize £100, 3rd Prize £50. Please take some books and do your best to sell them at home and at work. If everyone takes a few books then the raffle will be a great success for our parish. The draw will take place on Friday 20th December during the Christmas Parish Dance in St. Mary’s Parish Centre. Tickets will be on sale soon priced £5.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
The Diocese has appointed a Health & Safety Co-ordinator. Each parish in the diocese will now have to have a five yearly Electrical Inspection, an annual Gas Safety Inspection, an Asbestos Survey, a Tree Management Inspection and a Legionella Risk Assessment. This will obviously be very expensive for the inspections alone. Any resultant faults or defects will of course have to be put right.
Our Christmas Fairs and our Parish Raffles are an important source of income for the parish. If everyone plays their part, then this year we could increase the income and help to pay for all the expenditure that will undoubtedly occur as a result of Health and Safety requirements.

WALSINGHAM PILGRIMAGE: A 2 night trip to Walsingham will take place from 30th April 2020 to meet up with the Diocesan Pilgrimage on the 2nd May. The cost is £175 per person and includes 2 nights Bed, Breakfast and Evening Meal, as well as an excursion to Wells on Sea. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to reserve a place. If you would like to come along please contact Phil Mahon on 07940 199 564.
