SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION
If anyone would like to go to Confession, then please contact Fr. Dever after any of the Masses, or telephone him on 0161 224 1498 to make an appointment. Confession boxes cannot be used at this time.

SUNDAY OBLIGATIONS
Whilst Sunday Obligations are still not imposed, if you are still feeling nervous about coming back to church, why not attend one of the weekday Masses which are not as busy as the weekend Masses. We also offer areas of the church where social distancing continues to be mandatory. We look forward to welcoming you all back very soon.

MASS FOR THE DECEASED IN SOUTHERN CEMETERY
The above will be celebrated on Bank Holiday Monday 30th August at St. Ambrose Church, Chorlton at 11am. After Mass the priest will proceed to the Cemetery to lead prayers by the priest’s graves at approximately 12noon. All welcome.

CHURCH VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED – CAN YOU HELP?
Church Cleaning: This would generally be a one hour commitment on a Tuesday after morning Mass.
Offertory Collectors required at Weekend Masses.
New volunteers are welcome to join either of the teams. Lists are available at the back of church for anyone who would like to volunteer. Thank you.

CONFIRMATION RETREAT DAY
The Marist Youth Centre at 113 Nell Lane, Chorlton-cum-Hardy, M21 7SW offer a Confirmation Retreat Day for up to 30 young people at a time for Years 2 to Year 9 for schools within the Salford and Shrewsbury Dioceses.. Cost would be £6 per person. It is only a one off day and not a course. Tel. 0161 881 4528 for further information.
