SEPTEMBER CHANGES
From Sunday 19th September the Sunday Mass times will go back to their original times at St. Richard’s and St. Mary’s.
St. Richard’s Sunday Mass will be at 9.30am and St. Mary’s Sunday Mass will be at 11am.
The last Mass at 12 noon will be on Sunday 12th September.

The Holy Rosary will be prayed once again before the weekday Masses at St. Mary’s beginning at 9.10am from Monday 13th September.

 

URGENT CARITAS APPEAL – Help for those seeking sanctuary from Afghanistan. Caritas Salford is playing a very active role in supporting Afghan nationals who have been evacuated to our diocese. In addition to its existing commitments to refugees and asylum seekers, the charity is working with Greater Manchester Combined Authority, and in collaboration with other local and national agencies, to do all it can to make the most difference. ST. MARY’S SUNDAY COLLECTION COUNTERS
In the next few weeks, we will begin to organise a new rota for Counters after Sunday Mass. If you were previously a counter before the lockdown, please contact Richard Molloy on 07791 925 190 to let him know if you would be willing to continue. Likewise, if you have not done so before, but are willing to help as a Counter, please contact Richard. The more volunteers we get, the less frequently you will have to do it! Counting the Sunday Collection is not a difficult job, but it is a big help to the Parish and much appreciated.
