GIFT AID – If you do not already gift aid your weekly offerings could we ask that you please consider signing up for Gift Aid.
How does Gift Aid work?
As a UK taxpayer, you will pay tax on your earnings, pensions or savings, at either a basic rate of 20% or a higher rate of 40%.
Therefore, as you have paid tax on your income that you are then donating to charity, the Government allows the charity to reclaim this tax back. This enables the parish to receive an extra 25% on top of your offering. If you would like more information please contact the Parish Gift Aid Coordinator Richard Molloy on 07791 925 190.
MISSIO (RED BOX HOLDERS) Thank you to those who have brought in Mission donations during March. If you are unable to bring in the contents of your box please contact Winnie in the Parish Office (248 8836) and arrangements will be made to collect it.
