Saint David: Born in Cardigan around 520, he founded monasteries, known for their austerity of life, until being made a bishop and primate of Wales; he settled his See at Mynyw (Menevia), and died there in about 588.
Pray for the Sick and Housebound and those who are known to you especially Alex Roberts, Niall Henderson, Margaret Timoney, Pauline Thomas, Gail Wright, Colin Hardman, Margaret Delaney, Mary Donnelly and Willie Cronin. CHURCHES TOGETHER IN LEVENSHULME – LENT
This year, a Lent Course will be held in preparation for Easter, organized by Churches Together in Levenshulme. People from different churches meet to talk about the topic of hope. The course will be at St. Peter’s Church, Stockport Rd/Barlow Rd, M19 3BS each Wednesday evening from 21st February – 28th March. Refreshments 7.30pm/ 8pm Start/9pm Finish.
