It’s magazine time again! We would love to receive articles, photos or other items of interest to include in our Christmas Magazine. Due to prior commitments (Fr. John’s Retirement Mass!) the deadline is tight. We need any contributions NO LATER THAN 31st October – you can post them through the presbytery door or email to james.crean@ntlworld.com.  If you want any items back please make sure you include your name and telephone number.

NOVEMBER MASS

St. Mary’s Mass for the Deceased of the past twelve months (November 2013 to October 2014) will be celebrated at the 11 o’clock Mass on Saturday 1st November. We will remember especially all those whose funerals took place at St. Mary’s; we pray for them and all who mourn them. After the Mass tea and biscuits will be served in the parish centre.

We also devote the month of November to remembering not only our own loved ones who have died but “all who have gone before us marked with the sign of Faith.” A box at the back of church will be provided to place the names of your loved ones in it. It will be brought up with the offertory gifts on Sundays and all whose names are in it will be remembered throughout the month of November.
